Greetings Water Professionals!

I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to inform you that registration is open online for the Florida Section of the American Water Works Association (FSAWWA Water Use Efficiency Division (WUED) Water Conservation Symposium: Water Efficiency: Water Efficiency Potential: What Your Utility Needs to Know.

The WUED Symposium is part of the FSAWWA Fall Conference and will be held at the Renaissance Orlando at Seaworld,Wednesday, Dec 02, 2015 from 8:30 am –12 pm.

We have a terrific agenda lined up (see attached) and I hope to see many of you there. Please note, you do not have to register for the entire conference to attend this symposium. FSAWWA is offering a special WUED Symposium rate of $60 for Members / $75 for Non-Members for the symposium only or it is included as part of the of the conference registration.

Following the symposium, we will break for the Business Luncheon/Awards Ceremony and then resume with a WUED Meeting at 2 p.m. Please consider attending and becoming a WUED member (it’s free!). In addition to committee/special topic updates, we will focus on training opportunities for 2015. For those of you interested in increasing your level of participation in the WUED, we have four committees to choose from:

  • Education & Outreach
  • Planning and Evaluation
  • Policy & Rates
  • Research & Technology

Please consider joining a committee and help shape the future of water efficiency in Florida!  For more information on how to become more involved, please attend our meeting on December 2, or contact me for additional information.

Best regards,

Robert
