The 2015 Winter Conference will provide an excellent blend of technical and policy-oriented workshops. This year will also include two options for Wednesday, December 9th:  A pre-conference seminar or a tour of stormwater projects in the Orlando area.

Hotel Information

The conference will be held at the Rosen Shingle Creek located at 9939 Universal Boulevard, Orlando, FL 32819. FSA has contracted with the hotel to set aside a block of sleeping rooms for all conference attendees at a discounted rate of $129/night. We do this to make your planning as easy as possible and to ensure that you get the most out of your time here.  If you choose not to stay at the conference hotel, FSA could be responsible for paying for those rooms. The block of rooms is being held until November 9, 2015 or until the block fills up, whichever comes first. Book you room soon, we anticipate the hotel selling out quickly! Parking

Self-parking is complimentary for overnight guests. Self-parking for FSA attendees not staying at the hotel will be $16/day. Be sure to tell them you are with the Florida Stormwater Association when parking your car.

Continuing Education

Florida Professional Engineers and Certified Floodplain Managers must submit paperwork each day to receive credits. Professional Engineers and Certified Floodplain Managers attending this conference will be eligible for credits on an hour-per-hour basis based on the sessions attended up to a total of 12 PDHs/CECs. Registration Deadlines, Discounts and Refunds

Registration will open in early September. Fees include all course materials, four breaks, two continental breakfasts, a plated lunch and a welcome reception. To qualify for the discounted early registration rate, you must register online no later than October 30, 2015.  Payment can be made online by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) or you can request an invoice to pay later.  Refunds will be provided (minus a $25 processing fee) for cancellations received in writing prior to November 25th. There will be no refunds granted after November 25, 2015.

Ticketed Events

Each conference registration includes a ticket for each meal function listed on the conference agenda. A ticket will be required to attend meal functions. If you are bringing a guest and wish to purchase a ticket for your guest, we encourage you to do so by calling FSA at 888-221-3124 in advance of the conference. Onsite tickets are limited and will only be available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
