Webinar on EPA's Updated Risk Assessment and Emergency Response Plan Tools

The Water Security Division within U.S. EPA's Office of Ground Water and Drinking Water will conduct two webinars to highlight tools to assist drinking water utilities in conducting a risk assessment and developing an emergency response plan, required by Section 2013 of America's Water Infrastructure Act.

EPA personnel will provide an overview of the updated Baseline Threat Document, Vulnerability Self-Assessment Tool and Emergency Response Plan Guidance.

In addition, you will have an opportunity to ask questions concerning the new requirements and tools available.

Drinking water and wastewater operators in eligible states may earn up to 1 hour of continuing education credit for attending, pending approval from state operator certification programs.

Note: Links and instructions will be sent to participants via email prior to the event. If you have additional questions, please contact us at [email protected].

We look forward to your participation
