One Water - Setting the Stage for a Sustainable Future

Let’s start out the new year with sharing knowledge on something we are all passionate about: One Water!

This year, the Water Resources, Reuse, and Resiliency Committee is bringing a spectacular seminar program to the Tampa Bay History Center on January 9, 2020. Highlights include:

  • Project case studies in reuse from Ocala, JEA, and Hillsborough County.
  • Regional Resiliency Planning is on the rise, and we will hear the status of action being taken around Tampa Bay and Southeast Florida.
  • Gwinnett County’s own Melissa Meeker will return to Florida to share Gwinnett County’s development of their Water Tower, and innovation hub for applied research, technology innovation, workforce training, and community engagement!
  • Open discussion with Potable Reuse Commission representatives on the power of public outreach.

There will be plenty of opportunity for networking, lunch will be catered by Columbia, and our attendees will all have free access to the Tampa Bay History Center following the seminar. We hope to see you there!
