You are subscribed to SLERC Environmental Resource Permit Rulemaking for Florida Department of Environmental Protection. This information has recently been updated, and is now available.

The COVID-19 response is a very dynamic situation. Due to these extenuating circumstances, and to allow maximum public participation, the Department is holding two additional public hearings by telephone on Friday, April 24 and Monday, April 27, to begin at 9:00 AM on both dates.

Parties may attend the hearings by telephone by calling: 1-888-585-9008, and entering conference room number 427-093-427.

The same information will be presented by the Department during each hearing, so parties are able to participate on the date most convenient.

In addition, the public comment period for this rulemaking is extended until midnight on April 30, 2020.

Public comments and any pertinent materials may be submitted until the end of the comment period by email to [email protected]; during the conference call by speaking; or by mail to DEP, attn.: Heather Mason; 2600 Blair Stone Rd, Mail Station 2500, Tallahassee, FL 32399.

The public notices in the Florida Administrative Register for these two additional hearings may be viewed at the following links:
